Ghana Partnership for Growth Land Tenure Investigation for Constraints Analysis

The interagency Partnerships for Growth (PfG) initiative constraints analysis identified land tenure insecurity as a constraint to economic growth in Ghana. The purpose of this document is to provide a more detailed analysis of the issue, as well as recommendations for USG assistance in overcoming this constraint.
